Laura Nel, herein after called "Seller", (Breeder) agrees to sell the Blenheim female puppy Cavalier King
Charles Spaniel, born ______ , (Microchip # ________) to _________ hereafter known as "Buyer".
Buyer agrees that this puppy is not sold for breeding purposes and that he/she is to be neutered/spayed by the time he/she is one year old.
Buyer will have the puppy's health checked by his/her own veterinarian within 5 days. The puppy has been
checked by the Seller's veterinarian and should there be a conflict of health noticed, the Buyer agrees to
a further check by Seller’s veterinarian for confirmation.
If at any time the Buyer is unable to keep the dog, Buyer agrees to contact Seller for help in rehoming
the dog. Under no circumstances is the dog to be surrendered to Rescue shelter or the Humane
Society. Please contact Seller or ___________________ for help rehoming the Cavalier.
Every effort is made to ensure puppy's health and wellbeing. Seller is not responsible for any
stress/environmental induced disorders such as, but not limited to kennel cough, pneumonia,
hypoglycemia, allergies, internal or external parasites or anything that is beyond the seller's control once
the puppy leaves the Seller's premises. The Buyer understands that the following defects are not
considered serious or life threatening and therefore are NOT covered: umbilical hernia, undescended
testicle, under or overbite. This puppy is guaranteed to be free of congenital defects
making it unsuitable as a pet for one year from the date of his or her birth.
Breeder is not responsible for injuries to puppy's knees or legs caused by jumping off furniture
or stairs. Buyer will keep up with vaccinations and boosters or contract is null and void.
Buyer agrees to properly socialize the puppy and it is highly recommended that the buyer and puppy
attend a Puppy Obedience class.
Seller will not ship a Cavalier. Puppy will need to be picked up in person at our home or an airport
if buyer is flying in to pick up the dog. If buyer is planning to fly with the dog buyer will need to
reserve the carry on space with the airline. Buyer will be responsible for any associated fees and
pet carrier. A certificate of health for travel by a veterinarian prior to travel by air will be required.
